We are very pleased to offer a 1993 Rover Mini Sprite 1275cc Automatic. Finished in Electric blue with colour coded wheel arches, Minilite wheels, Cooper chrome grille and twin spot lamps. I have always been a big fan of Automatic Minis, they are so much fun to drive, simply select Drive and and away you go!. This 1275 carb example has only covered a very low 33 thousand miles 33 years and has been maintained by its previous owner for 20 years. It is accompanied with a large service history folder, including its original Handbooks, Service book and a folder of service invoices. Registered new in 1993 its first owner was Rover Vehicle operations so may have been used for promotional work in its early life.
On the road the Mini is great fun to drive. The 1275 engine is very smooth and the Gearbox works as it should, smooth and precise. Auto Minis have a 4 speed gearbox so not only are they very easy to drive around Town they also easily keep up with modern traffic. This example also benefits from Servo operated disc brakes so you can have complete braking confidence and an RC40 exhaust adds a little Cooper burble.
The interior is well presented and benefits from some tasteful upgrades over the usually spartan Sprite trim. It has a full length Walnut dash board, matching door caps, door furniture and a very sexy Mountney steering wheel. It also has an upgraded Stereo with AUX and USB inputs. The boot area is also fitted with a boot board kit. This model also has rear seat belts.
The Mini has a very solid shell with the correct vented sills, body coloured floor pans and inner arches. The paintwork is well presented with the odd mark and blemish that does not detract from this good looking Mini.
We have fully serviced, checked, driven and tuned this Mini and it has a long no advisory MOT so is ready be driven and enjoyed.
