We are very pleased to offer an awesome 1993 Rover Mini Cooper 1.3i. Finished in possibly the best colour combination for a Mini of this era, gloss black with a contrasting white roof and stripes. The classy looks are further enhanced with four spot lamps and a nearly new set of Ultralite wheels with wider profile Yokohama tyres. It has only covered 47k in 33 years and is accompanied with a comprehensive service history that includes its original hand books, stamped service book and a raft of service invoices dating right back to the mid nineties.
On the road it is an absolute pleasure to drive, the fuel injected 1275 is very healthy and offers impressive performance throughout the rev range and the gearbox is taught and precise. A Maniflow exhaust gives it a subtle but correct Cooper burble. Wider profile tyres gives it pin sharp handling and servo assisted disc brakes gives you the confidence to carry on pushing. It certainly puts a smile on your face. This is also a fuel injected Mini and is very easy to use, offering all the Classic Mini charm with a modern twist, simply turn the key and off you go.
The interior is beautifully presented and real testament to this Minis cared for life. Half leather trim with Black lightning pattern, the original red carpets, full length walnut dash with matching door caps, alloy door trim, Cooper Garages aluminium gear knob and floor matts and the original leather Cooper steering wheel. It also has a CD with USB and Aux connection. This model also has rear seat belts.
The Mini has a very solid shell with gleaming body coloured floor pans untouched boot floor, solid subframes and the correct vented sills. It appears to have all of its original panels and the paintwork is stunning and belies its vintage. This Cooper could easily be displayed at any show and it immediately gets attention where ever I take it. Original Black Mini Coopers are very rare and really stand out form the crowd.
The Mini has been fully serviced, checked and driven and it has a long MOT. It is ready for many more Classic Mini adventures.
