We are very pleased to offer a 1998 Rover Mini MPi finished in gleaming Platinum Silver that we have added subtle Cooper looks to with a contrasting black roof, bonnet stripes, Cooper grille and brand new Minilite wheels. This excellent example has only covered 39k in 25 years, and the last lady owner cared for it for 23 of those. It was supplied new by John Cooper garages and still wears its dealer sticker and number plate. It is accompanied with its original handbooks, MOTs, service receipts and three sets of keys and fobs. We have lavished much time and expense on this Mini and treated it to many new parts and it is now ready for a new Classic Mini adventure.

On the road this Mini drives very well. The low mileage 1275 engine is very smooth and the rebuilt gearbox is taught and precise. We have also treated it to brand new clutch and balanced flywheel so this MPI is as good as they get on the open road. Performance is brisk and will certainly make you smile. Being an MPi Mini it is also very easy to use. It stands for Multi Point Fuel injection, in simple terms it means all you have to do is simply turn the key and go. They also feature a drivers airbag, alarm and immobiliser, side impact beams and taller gearing for cruising. MPI Minis continue to grow in popularity as they offer all the Classic Mini charm with a modern twist. They also feature servo operated disc brakes and rear seat belts.

This model of Mini , that was only produced in the last few years of Mini production offered a subtle alternative to the Cooper and have always been popular for the half leather Balmoral check trim. This model also has contrasting red carpets, full length Walnut dash with Magnolia dials and the original Rover cassette player. We have also just fitted a new roof liner which gives the interior a luxury feel.

This Mini has a very solid shell with body coloured floor pans, solid sills and recent rear subframe. The paint work absolutely gleams and Platinum silver really gives this Mini a classy look which gets lost of attention, this is a very good looking Mini that will make its new owner very proud.

The Mini has been fully serviced with many new parts, checked and driven and has a full no advisory MOT so it is ready to go and be driven and enjoyed.
