SOLD 2000 Rover Mini Seven. 1275cc MPi. Old English White. Low mileage. Very rare. Ready to go.

We are very pleased to offer an absolutely stunning and very rare 2000 Rover Mini Seven. Produced at the very end of Classic Mini production along with the Cooper Sport they offered a very classy and subtle alternative to the Cooper and paid homage to the very first Minis produced back in 59 with simple styling with just body coloured Pepper pot alloy wheels. They were produced in three colours, red, black and Old English white with this colour being the rarest by far. According to the 2000 register only 58 were known in this colour making it a very rare sight and very collectable. This Seven was registered new by Wadham Kenning on the 12th of October 2000 making one of the last Classic Minis registered. It is accompanied with its original bill of sale, hand over document, fully stamped service book, handbook, every MOT certificate and raft of service receipts. It also has both sets of keys and fobs. It has also only covered 45k in 23 years so has very low mileage.

On the road its an absolute pleasure to drive, and has the same 1275 multi point fuel injected engine as the Cooper so expect great performance, it really does go very well and the gearbox has a precise and taught feel. Wider profile Falken tyres not only give it a better stance but also mean the handling is fantastic. Being an MPI Mini means it is also very easy to use, simply turn the key and go. Features include, drivers airbag, side impact beams, rear seat belts, alarm and immobiliser, servo disc brakes and taller gearing making long distance cruising fun. The performance will certainly surprise and the Mini will keep up with most things on the twisty stuff and of course make you smile.

The Seven interior is very well presented and has that wonderful and very stylish colour coded dash. It has three clocks including a rev counter and analogue clock. The original Rover cassette player is still present and correct, this model features half leather Monaco trim which was specified from new and is on the sales receipt. It also benefits from a twin 12V adapter and USB dock. The roof liner, door cards and carpets are all well preserved a testament to this Sevens cared for life.

This Mini has a very solid shell and was wax-oiled from new. The floor pans are all original and it has the correct vented sills. The boot floor and engine bay are detailed and the subframes are solid. The paintwork is very well presented and belies its vintage and is near blemish free. This is a good looking Mini that offers subtle good looks that really get noticed and it also puts you in a very exclusive club.

We have fully serviced, checked and driven this Mini and it has a full MOT so it is ready to be enjoyed.
