We are very pleased to offer a 2000 Rover Mini Cooper 1275 finished in the iconic colour combination of Flame red with a contrasting white roof, finished with Minilite wheels, colour coded wheel arches, bonett stripes and spot lights. Registered in May of the final year of production this one was manufactured in the last few months of production and has been very well preserved having covered only 53 thousand miles in 18 years and was lady owned for 13 years of that time. This Cooper is accompanied with its original owners handbook, stamped up service book and a raft of history dating right back to 2000 indicating careful ownership.
On the road this Cooper is a delight to drive. Its low mileage means it feels nice and taught and it has a very willing 1275 engine with a smooth gearbox. This is a Multi point fuel injected Mini known as an MPi, all you need to do enjoy them is simply turn the key and go. Furthermore they have a drivers airbag, side impact beams, immobiliser, rear seat belts and servo operated disc brakes. They also have taller gearing making performance very brisk and cruising a breeze. Get this Mini out on the open road and it will make you smile.
This Cooper also has a very well kept interior. being a late model it features a fantastic full length colour coded dashboard with Magnolia dials featuring a rev counter and an analogue clock. It also has half leather seats and is fitted with a Pioneer CD with an Aux connection.
Our Cooper also has gleaming paintwork which belies its near 20 year vintage bearing in mind this is an unrestored example, and a very solid shell with body coloured floors, vented sills and solid subframes. We have fully worked through this Cooper and serviced it so its ready to go and be enjoyed. Late model Coopers are increasingly more sought after as they offer all the fun of Classic Mini ownership with a modern twist.
